| 摘 要： | 思维理性决定着语言的理性。由于信息不对称和利益冲突的存在，语言交际中的逆向选择由此而生。借助经济学的基本理论分析信息不对称情况下的语言交际：可了解逆向选择的成因；从囚徒困境引申出语言交际中的说假问题。并得出结论：制度的完善是杜绝说假的关键。

| Abstract: | The ration of thinking determines the ration of communication and the choice of language. Due to the existance of asymmetric information and the conflict of benefit, the adverse selection and moral hazard of communication arise. By giving analysis to linguistic interaction with asymmetric information by means of basic economic thoery ： adverse selection and it＇ s causes giving lies is concemed by giving a deep exploration on prisoners＇ dilemma, and a conclusion is made that systematic perfection is the ultimate way to put an end to telling lies. |
