| 摘 要： | 针对目前学术界未能准确描述企业知识特征这一问题，本文在创新理论的指导下，提出了一种新的企业知识分类，即技术知识与非技术知识分类，并在这一分类基础前提下，对企业知识资源与企业其他资源相比较的一般特征以及技术知识与非技术知识相互比较的自有特征进行了系统的揭示。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the fact that characteristics of enterprise knowledge cannot be rightly described in academia,the paper puts forward a kind of new classification according to the innovation theory: technical and non-technical knowledge,and reveals systematically the common characteristics of enterprise knowledge resources and other resources,and the self characteristics of technical knowledge and non-technical knowledge. |
