The Ways of Investment Management of Environmental Protection under the View of Sustainable Development Strategy

The realization of coordinated development of economic development and environment protection, depends heavily on the expansion of the amount of environment investment, and also on raising the investment quality. Therefore, there should be three changes on the ways of management,i.e.,a change from attaching importance on the amount of investment to the quality of investment; a change from classical system of national economic accounting to green system of national economic accounting; and from mainly using administrative tactics to taking economic measures.
