钢-砼叠合梁现浇桥面板吊模施工技术案例分析

摘    要:本文结合上海浦东罗山路(杨高中路)立交新建WN匝道WN04~WN06两跨一联钢-砼叠合梁施工,对现浇钢-砼叠合梁桥面板吊模施工技术进行论述。经过综合分析研究,最后采用了吊模法浇筑钢筋砼面板,通过计算分析和现场实测,这种施工方法能满足施工的质量要求,同时很好的组织了现场交通,取得了理想的效果。

Abstract:In this paper, from the ramp WN04 - WN06 steel - concrete composite beam construction of the Shanghai Pudong Luo Shah interchange,cast steel - concrete composite beam bridge deck hanging mold construction technology was discussed. After a comprehensive analysis of research, finally adopted a hanging mode method for placing reinforced concrete panel. Through the computational analysis and field measured, this construction method can meet the quality requirements of the construction, at the same time well organized site traffic, and achieved the desired results.
