国际法双语课程情景教学方法研究——以东京审判模拟法庭情景教学为例

摘    要:情景教学是国际法双语课程教学方法多元化的有效尝试,它可以激发学生的国际法课程学习兴趣,提高学生专业英语沟通表达能力和协作学习能力。该教学模式符合法学双语课程的教学特点和学生的心理认知规律,有利于完成国际法双语课程的课堂教学任务,实现其教学目的。
