人力资源外包的优势及风险分析

摘    要:人力资源外包已成为现今企业界的潮流。文章介绍了人力资源外包的概念,指出虽然人力资源外包有很多优点,但是同样存在许多风险,这些风险有可能使企业产生损失,并就如何防范人力资源管理外包风险提出了几点建议。

Abstract:The Human Resource Outsourcing has been popular in the current business circles.The paper introduces the concept of Human Resource Outsourcing,points out that though it enjoys lots of advantages,many risks exists as well and these risks possibly lead to loses to the enterprises,and puts forward several pieces of suggestion as to keep away the risks in the Human Resource Outsourcing.
