界面及界面管理概念界定

界面管理作为管理学的一个新的研究方向,国内对此的探讨缺乏一定的系统性.从系统论的角度去对界面的内涵进行界定,给出了界面概念的示意图；分析了界面的客观性、可渗透性、动态性以及系统性的特征；从信息不对称的角度,分析界面障碍和界面矛盾产生和存在的原因,提出了“正界面”及“负界面”的概念,在此基础上提出了界面管理的内涵.

Definition of the Concept of Interface and Interface Management

As one of the new research direction of management,interface management has not been discussed systemically.This paper defines the concept of interface from the view of system theory,and gives the schematic diagram of the concept of interface.Also,this paper analyzes the four characteristics of interface,which are objectivity,permeability,dynamic and systemic.Then,this paper analyzes the reasons of forming interface obstacles and interface contradictions,using the theory of information asymmetry,and proposes the concepts of "Normal interface"and "Negative Interface".Based on these,this paper gives the connotation of interface management.
