中小企业融资影响因素及对策研究

文章首先从湖南省中小企业的实际数据出发分析了湖南省中小型企业在融资方式和资金方面遭遇的瓶颈,提出解决中小企业融资难问题的必要性。在此基础上,分别从内部和外部因素进行分析,指出中小企业与融资机构间的信息不对称和自身治理结构导致的较高的边际信息成本是中小企业融资困难的主要原因,最后根据中小企业融资困境的内外部因素提出对策建议。

Analysis on the factors and related countermeasures of SME financing

Based on the reality of Hunan's SME financing situation,this paper analyzes the financing model and its main handicaps,and puts forward the necessities for solving SME financing difficulties.Further more,this paper finds out that the asymmetric information and SME governance structure are the main reasons for financing difficulties,finally the related countermeasures are mentioned.
