信托业发展所面临的机遇与挑战--信托业走出低谷一年后的思考

经历了第五次整顿之后，长期有名无实的信托公司开始回归主业，开展“受人之托，代客理财”的信托业务。到目前为止，已有52家信托投资公司完成了中国人民银行要求的重新登记工作，并在10个月的时间里推出了60多个信托产品，信托资金总额超过83亿。但同时，我们必须清楚地认识到一个产业的发展必然伴随着激烈的竞争，阵痛之后才是更大的飞跃，刚刚回归主业的信托业还处在传统业务收缩、规范，新业务不断摸索的阶段，羽翼未丰的信托公司必须有力地把握机遇、规避风险，不断创新，才能获得更大的发展。从内部因素和外部因素两个角度出发，分析目前信托业发展所面临的机遇与挑战，并提出几点积极建议，希望有所裨益。

The Challenges and Opportunities Confronted by the Development of Chinese Trust Industry--consideration about the trust industry revived for one year

Being rectified for 5 times, Chinese trust companies that have not been competent enough before, have begun to regress to the main track, and to carry out the trust business. So far, there are 52 trust and investment companies have reregistered according to the requirement by the People's Bank. Shortly in 10 months, these companies introduced over 60 trust products to the market, and the total capital amounted to 83 billion. However, we should always bear in our mind that the development of an industry will inevitably bring about sharp competition. Only with the growing pain can it be more mature. At present, the trust industry is in the process of old business shrinking and regulating, and the new business field exploring. The young industry should have the ability to grasp the opportunities, evade the risks and keep on creating, which is the only way to the bright future. From both inner contradictories and outside conditions, the authors of the essay try to analyze the challenge and opportunities confronted by the trust industry, and to put forward several suggestions, in hope of being beneficial to the development of the industry.
