| 摘 要： | 经皮给药制剂是一种有着广阔市场前景的给药途径,但皮肤使多数药物难以渗透吸收。促渗方法的发展对于经皮给药的研究意义重大。经皮给药促渗透方法有很多种,文章主要就近年来经皮给药制剂中物理促渗透方法的研究进展进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Transdermal drug delivery systems （TDDS） have broad market prospects. However, transdermal delivery is limited by the inability of the large majority of drugs to cross skin. The enhancement of drugs transfer through membrane is boosting the improvements of transdermal drug delivery. Many approaches have been used to overcome the barrier. This paper has reviewed the progress of physical methods of physical enhancing transdermal drug delivery in recent years. |
