| 摘 要： | 本文运用微观经济学中效用函数的理论,讨论了雇员工资函数的分析性表达式,并给出了一个满足所给条件的数学描述。然后应用X2分布描述了加班时实际工作时间的分布,得出了工资产出效率,以此作为工资定价的评价标准,导出了最优工资定价方案满足的优化模型。本文的结论对于制定合理的工资政策,提高资金的使用效率有较大的指导意义。

| Abstract: | In this paper,we find the analytical wage function firstly by applying the theory of utility function and give a con-crete function meeting with all the condition.Then,we describe the time distribution of practical overtime by chi-square distribution.After deducing the wage-output efficiency,we take it as the assessing standard of wage-pricing method,and find the optimization model with which the optimal wage-pricing is satisfied.Our conclusion helps to lay down the wage policy rationally and make use of capital more efficiently. |
