基于OCAI量表的企业文化变革方法研究

摘    要:结合美国学者奎因(Quinn)竞争性文化价值模型,基于OCAI量表,综合运用模糊决策、层次分析、规划求解等方法和手段,提出了企业根据自身发展现状和条件确定文化变革突破的方向和力度。研究结果显示:可以量化解决企业文化变革方向维度及变革程度问题,这在一定程度上有利于提高企业文化管理水平。

Abstract:According to the competitive culture value model brought by American scholars Quinn(Quinn),based on OCAI scale,the author puts forward the enterprise should determine the culture change the direction of the breakthrough and strength according to their own development and the current condition by using the fuzzy decision,hierarchical analysis,planning to solve such integrate methods and means.The results show that we can solve the enterprise culture change direction quantitative dimension and the degree of change,to a certain extent,this is helpful to improve the management level of the enterprise culture.
