金融支持文化产业的成效、存在问题及相关建议——基于通化市的实际调查

党的十七届六中全会审议通过了《中共中央关于深化文化体制改革推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》,提出＂把文化产业建设成为国民经济支柱性产业,切实加大金融对文化产业的政策扶持力度＂,这为文化产业的发展迎来了新的机遇。近期我们对通化市金融支持文化产业发展状况进行了专题调研,调查显示：金融支持文化产业作用正在显现,金融创新亟待加强。

The Achievement,Emerging Problems and Relative Suggestions of Financial Supporting on Cultural Industies——Based on the Survey of Tonghua City

The Party’s seventeen sessions of The Sixth Plenary Session considered and adopted decisions to deepen cultural restructuring for promoting socialist cultural development and prosperity,proposing that "The cultural industry will construct the pillar industries,we should increase financial support for the policy of cultural industries effectively",this measure has ushered in new opportunities for the development of cultural industries.Recently,we carried out special investigations on financial support for cultural industries development of Tonghua City,survey showed:The role of financial support for cultural industries is emerging,and financial innovation should be strengthened.
