太阳辐射下碾压混凝土仓面温度仿真计算

摘    要:碾压混凝土施工的仓面很大,混凝土暴露时间长,受太阳辐射的影响严重.模拟了4个3m厚混凝土块的施工过程.就不同水泥品种,不同日际气温变化类型,不同浇筑季节,不同层间间歇时间,不同入仓温度等条件下的混凝土表面点与内部点温度过程进行了仿真计算.结果表明:日际气温变化类型与水泥水化热类型.不会干扰太阳辐射对碾压混凝土温度过程的影响;太阳辐射对混凝土的影响,主要随着混凝土层间间歇时间与浇筑季节的变化而变化.对于典型的层间间歇时间与浇筑季节,建立了入仓温度和浇筑温度的相关关系.提出了混凝土入仓温度降温有效率的概念.

Abstract:The RCC placing face features large area and long exposure time,strongly influenced by solar radiation.The construction process of 4 concrete blocks with 3 m thickness is simulated.The temperature process simulation computation for the points on concrete surface and in side concrete block body is carried out in the light of different brands,different day-to-day temperature variation type,different interlayer placing intermittent time,different concrete placing temperature etc.The computation result demonstrates that the influence process of solar radiation to RCC temperature is doesn't disturbed by day-to-day temperature variation type and cement hydration heat type;the influence of solar radiation on concrete mainly varies with interlayer placing intermittent time and placing season.For typical interlayer placing intermittent time and placing season,the correlative relation is set up for concrete placing temperature and in situ temperature and the concept of placing temperature drop-down efficiency is put forward.
