我国农村现代物流体系建设中的资源重组

本文认为,目前我国农村物流行业整体上存量资产大,但布局分散,企业规模小,技术力量薄弱,管理落后,资产利用率不高,运行方式陈旧,整个供应链的各个环节相互割裂,造成了资源浪费和效率低下。农村现代物流体系建设的重要内容之一,就是根据农业生产和农产品、农用品的市场需求特点,对现有供应链资源进行科学整合,可采用横向整合、纵向整合、供应链整合、收购兼并、协议合作等方式进行资源重组。

The Recombining of Resources in the Construction of Modern Logistics in Chinese Rural Areas

The author puts forward that,at present,the whole supply chains are dissevered from each tache in the rural logistics in China,which leads to the waste of resource and low efficiency.It's necessary for us to recombine the resource in rural logisitics system in China,in order to change the situation and meet the requirements of the logistics business pursuing the maximum profits and alleviating competitive pressure from its counterworkers.There are several ways of approaching this problem of regrouping resources,such as horizontal integration,vertical integration,supply-chain integration,purchasing and annex,cooperation in agreement and so on.
