| 摘 要： | 物流人才缺口已成为阻碍大庆市物流业快速发展的瓶颈之一。为增加物流人才供给总量,提高物流人才供应水平,从供应和需求两个角度对大庆物流人才现状进行分析,提出加强本土高校物流人才培养等多个途径来提升大庆物流人才的综合素质,从而推动大庆市物流产业的快速、稳定、持续发展。
