| 摘 要： | 目前，供应链合作伙伴关系的失效率一直居高不下，其中一个主要原因与合作伙伴选择有关。本文在对原有合作伙伴选择方法进行分析的基础上，提出了合作伙伴选择组合法，并运用案例加以说明。该方法能够有效降低伙伴选择的风险，促进供应链企业间的顺利合作。

| Abstract: | The failure rate of supply chain partnership remains high at present, one of the main reasons is relative to the partners selection. This article proposes the selecting combination method of partners on basis of the analysis on existing selecting method and illuminate it by a case. This method can reduce the risk of partners selection effectively and promote the cooperation among partners in supply chain. |
