In new economy, great changes have taken place in enterprises＇ decision factors such as object, criteria, information, man and approach. Therefore, the decision mechanism of enterprise has changed. It＇s material carder, motivation and controlling factors make decisions become more scientific and rapid, so that it can meet the needs of new economy.
