| 摘 要： | 为了进一步完善黄河下游防洪工程体系，将在2001年建成具有显著防洪减淤作用的小浪底水库。在简要分析黄河下游防洪的重要性、防洪工程体系建设情况和小浪底水库的防洪减淤作用的基础上，从河防工程情况和河道特性出发，指出小浪底水库建成后黄河下游防洪仍存在诸多问题，防洪形势依然严峻。

| Abstract: | Xiaolangdi Reservoir with obvious effect on flood prevention and sedimentation reduction will have been completed constrUction in 2001, to Perfect flood Prevention project system in the lower Yellow River. On the basis of simple analysis on importance and construction of flood prevention project system in the lower Yellow River, the effect of Xiaolangdi Reservoir on flood prevention and sedimentation reduction, and the characteristics of the system and the river channel, it is obtained that flood prevention is still faced with many problems and flood prevention situation still is serious in the lower Yellow River after Xiaolangdi Reservoir is built. |
