船用锂电池组管理系统研究

摘    要:文章以STM32 32位ARM处理器为系统的控制核心,从硬件的角度来分析针对船用锂电池组构成的电池管理系统中的CPU模块,检测模块及均衡模块。该系统可以实现充放电过程中的过充与过放的保护,而且提出了一种较合理的均衡方案。同时对剩余电量作了较准确的估算。

Abstract:From the angle of hardware,this paper introduces the CPU module,inspection module and balanced module of a battery management system based on STM32 for Marine Power Li-Ion battery.This system can be realized in the process of charging the overcharge protection of discharge,and can solve the process of charging power equilibrium problems.And the system can detect the voltage,current,temperature signal,according to the these signals can estimate the SOC in the way of SOC estimation.The system can realize the basic functions,meeting the expected application requirements.
