因人设岗抑或因岗设人

摘    要:人力资源是重要的核心能力要素,现代企业越来越重视人力资源管理,因此是因人设岗还是因岗设人这个问题困惑着越来越多的企业和人力资源工作者。文章在论证了人力资源是核心能力要素以及异质性的基础上,分析认为笼统的讲是因人设岗还是因岗设人是没有意义的,也不会有答案,只有将人力资源进行分层分类的管理和梳理,回答此问题才具有现实的作用和意义。

Abstract:Human resources are important factors for modern companies which are being paid more and more attention. Setting position by employee or setting employee by position is a question puzzles many HMR personnel. The paper demonstrates that discussing the question in general has no meaning and will have no answer. Only analyzing and managing HMR by sort can we solve the question.
