基于企业类型差异的企业家报酬-业绩的相关性

摘    要:关于企业家报酬与企业业绩的相关性分析,主要存在强相关性和弱相关性两种相悖的观点.本文通过对不同类型的企业的经验分析资料认为,企业的类型特征差异直接影响报酬-业绩的相关性,根据不同类型企业的报酬-业绩的相关性来制定激励政策才具有现实意义.

Abstract:In a correlative analysis of entrepreneurial remuneration and business performance, there are two opposite viewpoints of strong correlation to weak correlation. Through the positivist analysis, the thesis holds that the divergence of business forms may directly influence the pertinence of remuneration-performance. Therefore, only a incentive policy made according to the correlation between remuneration and performance of different business forms is of realistic significance.
