Abstract:As excessive growth of the real estate market, in- vestment buyers of non-rigid demand appeared on the mar- ket, the Government have also taken a series of measures. In combination with traditional factors and emerging factors e- merged in recent years, based on interpretative structural modeling,analysis the effect of these factor on real estate prices. The model analysis results clearly show the structure relationship of the factors affecting real estate price . Through ccmtact with the real estate industry, make recom- mendations accordingly countermeasures
