| 摘 要： | 欠发达地区农业经济发展的背景条件 ,决定了欠发达地区农业实现跨越式发展模式应定位在传统产业升级和农业产业化上。在充分研究欠发达地区的农业发展现状后 ,提出了实现跨越式发展的战略选择 ,并阐述了实施战略的指导思想、方向和重点 ,以及需解决的关键问题。

| Abstract: | The background agricultural conditions of the underdeveloped areas have decided that their leap-forward developing mode should make their traditional output updated and agriculture industrialized. Based on the research on the present state of the agricultural development in the underdeveloped areas, the paper puts forward the strategic choices of agricultural leap-forward development and explains some guiding thought, orientation and important points in carrying out the strategy and some other key issues which need solving urgently. |
