| 摘 要： | 2010年上海世博会的召开给中国的发展带来巨大的契机。世博会的举办需要巨额的资金投入,只从财政里支出将会给地方财政带来巨大的负担。进行贷款证券化吸纳社会资金是一项迅速有效的筹资渠道,因此建议采用此方法为世博会筹集资金。本文将论述世博会的资产证券化融资的可行性,并提出一些具体的实施建议。

| Abstract: | Word Expo 2010 Shanghai China will bring huge turning point to China's development.The holding of the World Expo 2010 Shanghai China need a huge amount of money.It will bring huge burden to local government if all the funds are raised by local government.Securitization is a efficient way to raise funds so it is advised to collect money for Word Expo 2010 Shanghai China.This paper will do the feasibility study to the securitization and give some advises. |
