摘    要:文化力是指企业整合存量资源和增量资源的能力,使其发挥最大效能,充分满足目标市场的需求。构成文化力的基 础是精神力和制度力,发挥企业的精神力和制度力,又必须通过创新力、学习力和应变力来实现。因此,企业棱心竞争力是以 精神力和制度力为基础,创新力、学习力和应变力为保障的复合结构。

Abstract:This text analyses in depth the concept and characteristic of enterprise key competitiveness, has clarified some misunderstanding to enterprise key competitiveness, pointed out that cultural strength forms enterprise key competitiveness. The so-called cultural strength means that enterprises combine stock resources and ability of increasing resources, make it have the greatest efficiency, fully meeting goal market demands. The foundation of forming cultural strength is the spiritual strength and system strength must study strength and adaptability to changes and throngh innorative strength, strdy strength and adaptability to changes to realine them. So, enterpris key competitiveness is based on the combined of the spiritual strength and system strength, innovative strength, study strength and adaptability to changes.
