| 摘 要： | 如何提高核心竞争力是我国中小民营制造企业目前迫切需要解决的问题。以广东省某民营文具制造企业为背景进行实证研究,详细分析企业内部相关部门可能导致延期交货的原因;进而重点研究如何避免延期交货,并提出具体有效的措施,从而来提高企业自身的核心竞争力。

| Abstract: | How to improve the core competitiveness of Chinese small and medium-sized private manufacturing enterprises is an urgent problem need to be solved.Based on a private stationery manufacture enterprises in Guangdong Province,the empirical research is done,and the reasons that the relevant departments within the enterprise may result in delayed delivery are detailed analyzed,then the researches on how to avoid delaying delivery and propose concrete and effective measures to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises themselves are paid more attention to. |
