IE技术在生产线改善中的应用研究

文章通过对A公司后序车间汽车空调外壳B的加工生产线进行程序分析,改善生产过程中存在的问题。运用工业工程的ECRS四大原则和动作经济原则,对产品在车间的流程程序和工作台上加工工艺程序提出了优化方案,通过对改善前后的对比分析,结果表明,IE技术应用于生产线可缩短生产周期,降低生产成本,提高生产效率。

On the Application of IE Technology to the Improvement of Production Line

Through the procedure analysis of production line along which the air conditioner shell of a car,B,is manufactured in a posterior workshop of company A,the paper points out some existing problems in the improvement of production line.The paper puts forward an optimized scheme for the production procedures in workshop and processing procedures on worktable by means of the principles,ECRS and motion economy principle.The results show that IE technology can shorten production circle,reduce production costs and improve production efficiency.
