发动机曲轴加工工艺分析

摘    要:四缸发动机曲轴结构复杂、加工表面多、刚性差,但其技术要求高,因此需具有良好的结构工艺性,才能满足生产要求。本文章结合曲轴的功用、材料、结构、技术要求和公司目前的生产实际,提出了系统的加工工艺方案,并对典型的工序作出了具体分析,包括加工设备、刀辅具、量检具的选择,定位夹紧方式以及工序余量、切削用量、基本工时的计算,另对钻质量中心孔、热处理、动平衡检测、校直、终检等工序的操作方法进行了具体的阐述。最终形成了一套完整的曲轴加工工艺过程卡和工艺卡,完成了四缸发动机曲轴加工工艺的编制并用以指导生产实践,达到提高生产效率、获得良好质量的目标。

An Analysis of the Processing Technique of the Crankshaft of Engine

Abstract:The processing technique of the crankshaft of four-cylinder engine needs high structural technology due to its complicated structure,multi-surface and bad rigidity.According to the function,material and structure of crankshaft and the needed technology and the current production conditions,the paper proposes a systematic processing scheme and analyzes the typical processing,including the options of equipment,knives,measuring and checking instruments,ways of location and clamping and the calculation of operation margin,cutting parameter and basic time.Furthermore,the paper illustrates operating methods which are utilized to deal with the following process,like central hole,heat treatment,dynamic balancing detection, straightening and final-inspection.The processing technique is effective and can help to produce high quality crankshaft.
