河北国有企业经营绩效分析

河北省国有企业的经营绩效从经营规模来看,大型国企经营绩效的各项指标优于全省总体水平;中型国企与全省总体水平基本持平;而小型国企与全省总体水平差异较大,充分体现出小型国企盈利能力弱、资产质量差、债务风险大、保值增值能力低的特征。而从隶属关系来看,省属国企好于全省平均水平,市县属国企低于全省平均水平。在市县属国企中,张家口的各项绩效指标最低。

Analysis of Operation Performance of State-owned Enterprises in Hebei Province

In terms of operations scale,all the indexes of large state-owned enterprises in Hebei Province are superior to the general level in the whole province.The medium enterprises are just about the same as the general level while the small enterprises are lower than the general level,reflecting the weak profitability,poor asset quality,high debt risks,and low value retaining and increment.In terms of administering relationship,the provincial SOEs are higher than the general level in the province while the municipal and county SOEs lower than the general level.Of all the municipal and county SOEs,those in Zhangjiakou have the lowest indexes.
