| 摘 要： | 借鉴供应链管理中的系统思想、需求驱动思想、合作共赢思想、同步运作与动态重构思想,分析研究汽车企业在全球范围内合理化供应链的理论基础:供应链作为一个具有特定功能的有机整体,是基于一定的市场需求而产生和变化的;用户的需求及其变化是企业合理化供应链和供应链动态可重构的驱动源;供应链各成员企业之间基于"竞争-合作-协调"机制,以分布式企业集成合作、协调同步运作为保证,在价值增值链上达到共赢的目标。

| Abstract: | Theoretical foundation of how to rationalize supply chain in the world for automobile enterprises is researched on the basis of System Thought, Thought of Demand Drive, Thought of Cooperation for Win-win ,Thought of Synchro Operation & Dynamic Reconstruction as follows: As an organic whole with some given function, Supply chain is produced and changed based on users’ requirement, that is, their requirement and its change are the driving fountain of rationalization and dynamically reconstruction of supply chain; And a win-win goal will be attained in the value-added chain by guaranteeing integrated cooperation and synchro operation on the basis of the mechanism of competition-cooperation-harmonization between all members of supply chain. |
