摘    要:在中国革命和建设年代,制度和管理模式的选择所受现实的限制都是很“硬”的,本文集中关注了制度和管理模式受到劳动力相对价格低下,以及由此决定的社会矛盾对抗性和民众中间蕴藏的政治反抗能量之间的限制和因应关系,初步追溯了扁平化管理的现实基础。少数精英阶层与大众之间的矛盾性质以及制度稳定性问题,被毛泽东看成是理解中国社会的关键线索,革命年代的管理经验、现实的矛盾和和未来的制度演变趋势,都曾经是毛泽东作出重大决断的依据,本文把这三个时间段落结合起来,作了一个初步的梳理。

Abstract:The choice of institutions and management models is always subject to various "hard constraints", either in the era of social revolution or of peace. The oversupply of labor and low labor costs lead to the intensification of social conflicts and an accumulation of political resistance among people. These factors constrain our choice of institutions and management models, leading to a consideration of flattening the management hierarchy. The author analyzes how Mao Zedong managed the conflicts between social elites and the general masses during the Chinese revolution. Based on this analysis, the author proposes his own approach to contemporary social conflicts and his blueprint for China's future development.
