| 摘 要： | 结合公司现状,从理论和实际两个方面探索了生产线布局的设计,按要求达到的目标,选择合适的布局方法-SLP。有了明确的布局侧重点,进行物料位置的调整,了解各个单元区域的关系。运用VisFactory软件进行优化,再按照实际的厂房区域进行微调。最后得到最佳布局方案。

| Abstract: | First considering the current status of the enterprise under study,this work explores the purpose to be achieved by the adjustment of its assembly-line layout and then approaches the task from theoretical and practical perspectives to determine the appropriate working methods.With a clear understanding of these,the paper arranges the respective locations for different items and defines the relationships between unit areas.Then,software VisFactory is used to tune the layout in places for better performance.F... |
