| 摘 要： | 由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,是新时代我国经济发展的基本特征,也是烟草行业面临的发展机遇。本文通过机制设计理论及其重点内容,分别从企业标准化建设、干部激励机制和数字化应用等方面,以管理手段、激励相容和信息效率等方面阐述烟草行业的机制设计理论,以助推烟草企业高效能治理和高质量发展。

| Abstract: | The transition from high-speed growth stage to high-quality development stage is the basic feature of China's economic development in the new era,as well as the development opportunity faced by our tobacco industry.Through mechanism design theory and its key contents,this paper expounds the enlightenment of mechanism design theory to the industry from the aspects of enterprise standardization construction,cadre incentive mechanism and digital application,and from the aspects of management means,incentive compatibility and information efficiency,so as to boost the efficient governance and high-quality development of enterprises. |
