| 摘 要： | 现代农业发展为金融创新的延伸和拓展提供了空间,也对金融服务手段、方式和理念提出了新要求。目前,黑龙江省的金融创新,支持了现代农业发展,拓宽了农村抵押担保物的范围,奠定了现代农业发展的基础。同时,也存在农村信用社没有找准定位、贷款利率缺乏一定的灵活性、农村金融服务和金融产品创新力度进展缓慢等问题。为促进现代农业经济发展,黑龙江省应推行金融创新机制,创新金融服务模式,发展绿色信贷业务,支持生态农业发展。

| Abstract: | The development of modern agriculture provides potential for financial innovation and puts forward new demand in terms of fi-nancial service technique, approach, and philosophy. The financial innovation in Heilongjiang has laid out a strong foundation for modern agriculture and extend the scope of rural collateral, supporting the growth of modern agriculture. However, rural credit cooperatives still have issues in market positioning;loan rates are not flexible enough;progress in innovating rural financial service and financial products is slow. To support the development of modern agricultural economy, Heilongjiang shall pursue a financial innovation system, create new fi-nancial service patterns and develop green credit operations in a way that support the growth of ecological agriculture. |
