| 摘 要： | 搞好锡冶炼废渣的综合利用,符合以"减量化,再利用,资源化"为原则的循环经济发展模式,可更有效地利用资源和保护环境,实现更好的社会效益和经济效益,促进节约型社会建设。文章结合锡冶炼废渣资源化利用的实践,论证有效处理和充分利用废渣资源,对推进固体废物资源利用产业化进程,实现有色金属冶炼行业的循环经济发展有积极的意义。

| Abstract: | The comprehensive utilization of waste material of tin smelting conforms to the development mode of circular economy with the principle of "quantity reduction","recycle" and "resource recovery",which can effectively make use of resources, protect environment achieve better social and economic benefit and promote the construction of an economic society. Based on the practice of the utilization of waste material of tin smelting,the paper expounds effective treatment and full utilization of wastes has great significance for advancing the development of solid wastes disposal industry and non-ferrous smelting industry. |
