| 摘 要： | 技术创新是科技型中小企业生存和可持续发展的原动力。企业技术创新一般有独立创新和合作创新2种外部组织模式。企业外部组织模式就是企业处理技术创新中的外部关系的一种组织形式,是企业技术发展战略的重要内容。文章通过分析广西科技型中小企业技术创新的现状和科技型企业技术创新外部组织模式的现状及发展趋势,构建广西科技型中小企业技术创新外部组织模式选择模型,提出广西科技型中小企业技术创新外部组织模式动态选择策略。

| Abstract: | Technology innovation is the motive force of the existence of and sustainable development of small and medium -sized of sci-tech enterprises.There are two external organization modes of enterprise technology innovation,one is independent innovation,the other is partnership innovation.The external organization modes are applied to cope with external relations in technology innovation in an enterprise,which is an important content of technological development strategy. Through the discussion of the status quo of small and medium-sized of sci-tech enterprises technology innovation and the external organization modes and its tendency in Guangxi,the paper puts forward the optional modes of external organization mode and dynamic option strategy of external organization mode in technology innovation. |
