5月13日,中日韩投资协定在三国领导人的见证下于北京正式签署。中日韩投资协定的签署在中日韩三国经贸合作中具有里程碑式的重要意义。这是中日韩三国在经济领域制定的第一个制度性、框架性法律文件,其重要意义在于首次从国家层面的互信体制机制角度为中日韩自贸区经济上的进一步、深层次合作提供了重要基础。

Promoting Qingdao’s Outperformance Development through the China-Japan-ROK Free Trade Area

On May 13, the China-Japan-ROK Investment Agreement was signed in Beijing, which is of milestone significance for China-Japan-ROK trilateral economic and trading cooperation. The establishment of the China-Japan-ROK Free Trade Area is of great significance for Qingdao. First, it will create good opportunities for Qingdao’s industrial upgrading. Within the free trade area, Qingdao’s traditional competitive industries concerning ocean, commerce and trade, household electric appliances, and agriculture will get benefits. Second, taking advantage of the free trade area, Qingdao will be turned into a frontier city in China’s opening-up to the outside world. Therefore, the establishment of the China-Japan-ROK Free Trade Area will be of great significance for Qingdao’s outperformance development.
