| 摘 要： | 人力资源是企业的第一资源,是企业的核心竞争力。随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立和不断深化,从政府职能到企业的经营管理方式都发生了很大的转变,并对企业人力资源管理提出了新的要求。市场经济形式下,如何进行有效的人力资源管理,关系到企业的生存与发展,是企业亟须深入研究和解决的课题。

| Abstract: | Human resource is the first resource and the core competitiveness of enterprises.Along with the establishment and deepening of our socialist market economy system,the government functions and enterprise management method have changed greatly,which puts forward new requirements.Under the market economy,how to carry out human resource management effectively is related to the survival and development of enterprises.It′s a problem that needs to be further researched and solved. |
