模拟谈判在《商务谈判》教学中的探索与实践

摘    要:模拟谈判是真实谈判的预演,是谈判准备工作中的重要内容。模拟谈判教学法即在教学实践中,教师通过创设一定的职场环境与条件,让学生担任不同的角色,身临其境地感悟各种谈判情境,并运用所学谈判知识,模拟参与企业商务谈判的全过程,完成不同谈判任务下的各种操作的教学方法。该方法不仅有助于学生快速掌握谈判的流程和方法,提高谈判水平,而且有助于激发学生的学习兴趣,培养良好谈判品格与职业能力。
