土地整理中的生态安全问题研究

通过分析土地整理对生态安全的正面效应以及它对生物资源、水资源、土壤资源和大气资源等的负面影响,提出在科学发展观的大前提下如何以生态安全为宗旨促进土地整理事业健康持续的发展;认为在土地整理中实现生态安全保护应以科学发展观为主导树立正确的土地整理观、伦理道德观,以及通过从整体出发,因地制宜地建立生态补偿机制等措施来引导未来的土地整理方向.

Research on ecological security issues of land arrangement

Research content:Based on land arrangement of the positive effects of ecological security and its negative influence on biological resources,water resources,soil resources and atmospheric resources,raised how to promote the ecological security of land for the purpose of finishing the development of the cause of continued health under the science development view.Research Findings:Achieving ecological security protection in land arrangement should establish correct view of land arrangement and ethics,proceeding from the overall as well as through,according to local conditions to establishment of ecological compensation mechanism,to guide the future direction of the Land Consolidation.
