| 摘 要： | 我国出口产品遭遇反倾销案件中所涉外商投资企业越来越多,主要是因为我国现有引资政策存在不足:以政府为主导,造成盲目投资;以优惠政策吸引外资,使外商投资企业能够以较低的生产要素价格进入市场。笔者认为应当取消外资优惠待遇,变政府主导为市场主导,引入竞争机制,吸引外商向服务业投资。

| Abstract: | Under the background of constructing harmonious society and socialist new countryside,some realistic problems of female peasant labour,considering the job select,right guarantee and marriage,should not be neglect. The reasons which cause these problems are complicated,formed of own particularity and social factors. Thus,besides the own development,the solution shoud be set from two levels of government and society,providing better internal and external environment. |
