| 摘 要： | 本文根据产权制度研究的现状，提出了以产权制度涉及的范围为标准．可以分为宏观产权制度和微观产权制度两个层面，对其含义、构成、效应和两者的异同处与关联进行了论述，从构成要素视角对宏观产权制度和微观产权制度的变迁分别进行了多维度的研究。
