| 摘 要： | 第四次修宪对我国宪政建设的意义不仅体现在规范建构上,更表征着我国修宪理念的成熟和理性化。以人为本的修宪理念直接于宪法的人权保障价值相契合;交互正义的修宪理念则是保障我国宪法秩序的理性选择;消极宪政与积极宪政相统一的修宪理念保证了宪法的先进性和适应性。

| Abstract: | The significance of the fourth revision of the constitution not only exists in the establishment of its standard,but also in the maturity and rationality in the revision concepts.The concept of human-oriented is suitable for the value of human right protection;the mutual righteous concept is the rational choice for guaranteeing the constitutional order;and the unified revision concept of passive and positive constitutionalism will guarantee the advancement and adaptability of the concept of constitutional revision. |
