| 摘 要： | 日本具有发达的零售产业，尤其是近年来以邮购商业，方便商店，特许连锁店和综合超市等新兴零售业态发展很快，日本学者称之为“第二次流通革命”。零售业态的发展代表了现代零售业发展的趋势，是日本“泡沫经济”破灭后零售业调整经营策略，积极适应消费市场变化的反应。
