| 摘 要： | “唐僧团队”师徒四人尽管性格差异明显,素质参差不齐,但齐心协力战胜了各种困难,是一个成功的团队。高校图书馆应借鉴“唐僧团队”的经验,从建立统一的价值观、提高领导者的组织领导能力及沟通管理三方面进行高校图书馆的团队建设。
