| 摘 要： | 随着我国个人账户的逐步做实,如何确保基金安全和保值增值面临极大挑战。本文在借鉴国内外养老金改革经验的基础上,提出了构建个人账户基金市场化投资运营机制的思路:即采取信托模式、坚持分散化投资、引入生命周期投资策略,并建立最低收益担保机制。

| Abstract: | With the replenishment of individual ac- counts, China is facing the problem of how to ensure pension funds＇ security and growth. Considering cur- rent pension reform practices in China and OECD coun- tries,this article proposes a framework for a market- oriented investment operation mechanism in individual accounts pension funds： adopt trust mode, persist in diversification investment, use life-cycle investment strategies, and provide minimum return guarantees. |
