| 摘 要： | 广义价值论中的分工和机会成本等范畴存在重大缺陷；分析问题的基本前提条件和命题缺乏科学性；商品是按比较利益率相等的原则进行交换的结论不能成立。用广义价值论不能破解一方面要发展私有制，另一方面要消除剥削和私营企业主参加中国共产党，也不会改变党的性质的两个理论难题，反而搞乱了理论。
