| 摘 要： | 文章归纳了农村土地征收补偿纠纷的现实表现,分析了农村土地征收过程中,司法机关对集体经济组织之间、集体经济组织与其成员之间以及集体经济组织与征地机关之间的纠纷进行司法审查尚存在诸多问题,并针对以上问题,提出了相应的解决对策和建议。

| Abstract: | The thesis enumerates the reality of compensation dispute of land expropriation in the rural area,analyzes the issues when judicial offices doing judicial review on the dispute between collective economic organizations,the organizations and their members,between the organizations and land expropriation offices during the land taking in the rural area,and gives the corresponding countermeasure and proposal. |
