| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the feature of the kitchen fire and explains kitchen fire risk, then it discusses the necessity of fire extinguishing equipment of cooking appliance should be set on commercial kitchen, combines with the domestic development of fire extinguishing equipment of cooking appliance, introduces the working principle and classification of fire extinguishing equipment of cooking appliance. |
